An Idea

I started this a little while ago in the club i'm in to get people's opinions. Everyone seemed to like the idea so I thought I'd suggest it...

I was just thinking, wouldn't it be cool if there was some kind of newsletter? Like, something that would be updated monthly and it was between clubs...

I was simply just thinking for a monthly one. As in every club that participates has to be willing to do it every month.

It should be a group thing. And my understanding wasn't that everyone gets a set position but more so that each month the group would choose one member of the club (You could do it in alphabetical order or just randomly - however you wish) and that person would then be responsible for writing something for that months newsletter. There would definately have to be limits so that people don't write too much or too little.
There could be a whole heap of things they could write about:
- Poems
- Articles
- Competitions (between clubs or in their own club)
- About different members (eg. New members or really good progress in other members)
- Their opinions on the club.

It'd be really great to see what other members and people think.
I think if we actually started this idea it'd show people how serious the clubs (and the site) are and also like it'd encourage people to join.
This way you'd also get to see who participates or not (hopefully it'd encourage more people to participate more).
