Getting him to kiss me

My boyfriend and I were close platonic friends for about a year and a half before we started dating about 3 weeks ago.

We've kissed and all, and when we do, it's great (really great), but it's not as often as I'd like.

He's not really used to being in a physically intimate relationship, and I know that he's nervous, but do you guys have any suggestions for me to make him feel more comfortable about initiating it?

And it's obvious that he likes it. He's just nervous. Especially at school. He hasn't yet done it at school. I would, but I'm not sure if he'd be comfortable with it yet. I guess I need to wait for that phase to pass. It's just that my most recent ex was completely ALL over me all the time, so I'm looking for a happy medium between this and that.

And besides... my new boyfriend is a WAY better kisser than my ex.

lol well i have a simmilar situation. my bf is not into PDA's at all. which is cool, except his best friend is =s lol and ive experienced it first hand. and even though its annoying i find myself wishin that my bf was more like his friend

Never made out with anyone yet, and in a way I'm kinda glad.

I can see why your boyfriend is a bit nervous, maybe he's afraid that you don't want to be kissed and if he pressed you too hard, your friendship might end abruptly.

As for the gal who kissed her boyfriend's best-friend. Shame on you! If you're gonna do that, at least break up with your current boyfriend so his pride won't get hurt when he find out.

The post-it idea is brand, and I think you should try it, if not for the kiss, do it for us.
