In hindsight, if he acts like an asshole, he probably is, but do try... :) hope you work things out, don't beat your brain out over a guy.

It means he's a dork. and has trouble expressing emotion. aka he's a guy. he may be an asshole too, but if he's like most guys, he's probably not aware of it. he doesn't need a girlfriend. he needs a mother. don't be his mother.

just get into conversations with him, try to do things together. friend-y things. and go ahead and ask him, "What does that mean?"
