Have u ever felt this way ?? plz help me !!!

hey all !! well ma prob. is dat i woke up a few days ago and i felt lyk doin nothing u knoe i just felt that i need to cry and i did but this is nt da end. everyday after then it becomes worse now i dont feel lyk doin ne thing i just sit in ma room thinkin abt life and how its no goin our way all da times.. even when i try to write a poem i just feel not to write or i just cant find ne thing to write abt ... couples of days ago ma some of ma friends came to ma place as always to take me to hang around a lil.. but i couldnt go out just cause i couldnt.. they sat a while and they told me that i av to do somethin b4 i get into depression...and that i av to see a doc.,., they told ma dad also .. but i am not insane ... its true dat i was escapin ma life through cuttin in da past but not now also its true dat i've been into depression b4 ... but now i just dunno wat to do .. plz i need some1 to tell.. so u got ne ideas ???

well first i am nt her to practice my English Jesus ... but thanks any ways i'll take your advice seriously.

yeah Aimz i think you're right ... i'll just work on it .. hope it'll work. but the most important thing that i dont have to see a doc.
