Im not technically a guy but all my mates are and according to them im a guy with long hair so from what the guys have told me they like a girl with confidence (but not too much), happy with their body (they hate girls who are like 'look how big my butt is'), girls who dont expect guys to pay for everything, girls who aren't afraid to make the first move and they dont like girls who bitch behind peoples back because they worry theyll do the same to them. and obviously they love a girl who can have fun and get along with their mates or at least try

Since you asked what we look for.
I will simply give you my ideal.
I really have no idea where to start when asked this type of question.
So I guess I will just let it flow..

A girl of whom knows what she wants out of life.
One which really has a grasp on her own reality.
She should pursue what she wants out of life with a passion.
She should have a feeling of independance.
Be able to make her own decisions and not need to rely on the thoughts of others.
Yet at the same time have confidence in her decisions.
I find that those who do not are a lot of times weak in that area.
And many times can get persuaded by others.
Of course passionate, truthful, and considerate.
Yet not considerate enough to let other peoples thoughts and or needs destroy her own thoughts.
