I am having trouble with my Pic....

Every time i try to load a pic it says It can't, but I am following all of the rules. What should i do?

That usually means it's too big...did you try to resize it. I had the same problem so I had to cut the picture down in size...

I have made sure the pics are an okay size but It keps saying it can't upload...
