i can't upload a picture can someone help me?

It won't upload if the file is too large. It also won't upload if the file is in a BMP format, I think, so you need to resave the pic as JPG or GIF. And it won't load if the pic is too wide or too high. It doesn't automatically resize the pic so you need to cut it to make it smaller yourself.
