So you can't fall in love young?

People are always saying I'm too young to know what love is.

So then when exactly am I "qualified" to fall in love?

i dont think ur ever exactly too young to fall in love...i mean people feel different way in love so there's no one to say when you really fall in love...but you'll know when it really is love...jus my opinion though...-peace-

Will you know exactly what love is when you're 80? I was in love at a young age...it's possible but don't mistake love for something else. I hate seeing young girls mistaking love and other things...and giving their most precious gifts to a no good piece of trash. All I can say is be careful.

the level of love and the maturity level of love grows as you do. love is love and if you love someone, you'll know. however, they say that because when you get older and you look back, things are just so... i guess you, in general, were more naive then. and when you look back, you'll realize how much you've grown. your knowledge and understanding is much more ... shall we say, advanced?

I thought I was in love when I was in 9th grade...My 10th grade year I got pregnant by him. My baby is now 16 months I finally found out I do love her Dad but not the love I thought it was. The love I have for my boyfriend of just 9 months is so much deeper. I know for sure...BOTTOM LINE you just KNOW!

I think that you can't fall in love till you are mature enough to understand the good and the bad of love. Just because you love someone, doesn't mean that they love you the same way is one thing that you have to be able to accept. When it's true love, it's true love and it will never end. When you're young, yeah you can find what you think is love, but because you are maturing a little every day, that could change like next week. So you have to be careful because sometimes your love, could only be lust.

But then, how do you know what love really is?
Or when you think you are in love with someone?

Does any one really know what love is? one person view is totally different from anothers.
no one has the right to tell someone they are not in love. all that should matter is how the two people feel about each other. other than that you have nothing to prove.

Your "qualified" for love at any moment that you truly feel you are. Everybody has a different definition on love, I cant tell you what love is, I doubt anybody could. It's indescribable. If you what you feel is so intense and great, then it must be love. Love is tough though. The good times are absolutely wonderful, and the bad times are the worst things there are in this world. It's all worth it though. I'm not sure how old you are, but you are surely able to know love, nobody can tell you that you arent capable of it.
