I don't know, i wouldn't want to work with my boyfriend. But i don't think it would be fair if someone was dating their boss because than they would have a chance of making more than others.

It's only natural that if you are spending 8 hours + with a group of people, you are going to be attracted to some of them...i mean, having sex on the photocopier is a little over the top...but you can't beat human nature with petty rules.

People are going to hook up no matter where they are.

    Viva work flings!!!

being in the airforce seems a bad place to hook up with people...there are few women here, and I`m not always too sure whether they actually are women

God my bosses wife left him for the receptionist husband

Ummm just the repercussions it can have on the business and other employees as a whole makes me realise why such policies are in place, or should be put in place...

What about the employees respective spouses like in my case? lol

God could you imagine the office poltics and tension seriously?

Could cut it with a knife lol

Work is such a large part of anyones life that it makes sense you would have friends there, and friendships lead to touchy-touchy. You know. The fun kind. The kind we all enjoy in the walk in refrigerater or the fax room while everyone else is at lunch.

There will be flirtation born out of familiarity, and then of course relationships will spawn.

As for my old job, as a hostess at PF Changs, they discouraged dating co workers but only denied the priveledge of co mingling with direct management.
