WHy do people say they love eachother when they just start datin

I think many mistake desire or attraction with love, but it is easily understandable.

But I think people put their all in a relationship....

I do agree many mistake love for other things. However, know that it can happen. My brother met his finace and after one week they were saying I love you...ONE month later her and her baby moved in with him....Now four years later they have their own child and are planning to be married and are just as happy as ever. Some times you just know.

I agree too. I mean you can't possibly love someone after you just start dating them, unless you were the greatest of friends and knew everything about the person and decided it was time to date. The it could be possible to love the person.

you just know ok its not a bad thing you can have love at first site god why is that so hard for people to understand

ok ur all going to hate me but i told my girl friend that i loved her before we were dating.. but i had dated her for 3 months... then she dumped me.. after 3 months we started talking.. then for 2 months we were practically best friends.. then we couldn't let go of each other so i told her how i felt.. and now we are going out :)

love is a great thing if you know what it means

well you dont have to love someone to date them... and I think people say that they love eachother is because it makes them feel special, or it was just something to say.

very true. i just don't say it if i don't mean it. it takes time to truly love someone. and when you feel it's right, then you say it. dont say things just because you know the other person wants to hear it.

That's why. Love doesn't mean the same thing anymore. To many people just throw it around because now...it's just a word. It's the actions surrounding that word that makes it love or not. That's why you can be in love one second with one person, then the next you're with someone else. Sad, but true.

I agree with the above. Nobody seems to understand the whole 'love' thing... Now adays it's just like another word. I can't stand it personally, I mean they're taking advantage of something, and if someone thinks that 2 hours of dating means you love them... Well it's their loss, because I really don't think their ever really going to appreciate real love, or notice when they get it. People just need to grow up and learn that it's a much bigger word than just four letters combined to make a sound....

they do it cause thats what happens in films and we focus way too much on that so without realsing we actully begin to pick up things from movies etc - today the word love is overused and dosent really mean much to alot of people and some guys even just use it to get a girl to sleep with them
