The Full Moon

    I believe it.
There's a club that my friends play at all the time and most nights are mellow. But on some occasions fights will break out frequently, people whom I've never seen before show up acting strange, and the crowd tends to get out of control. When this happens it's usually on nights when a full moon is out.

The full moon is a mystery...But after reading this, I am more enlightened at what the full moon actually represents:

The moon is always full, you just can't see all of it all of the time.

Is the dark side of the moon always dark?

    and mysterious...somehow

Even the most skeptical of scientist who deny the moons influence of natural events do not deny tidal forces. The eclipse that will be visible in all of North America will be a prelude to a solar eclipse that will exert a high tidal force on the earth. It is a known fact the ocean is not the only part of the earth affected by this force. Some find comfort in the fact, that few seismologist believe that the force exerted on the vast magma in the earth is significant enough to increase seismic activity, but I found the section "predicting earthquakes"in the old farmers almanac to be interesting. The highest probability for a major earthquake this year, according to my research, would be around the eclipse on the 29th of March following the perigee moon on the equator

Spring tides are higher than other times of the year because the moon is closer to the earth... or sump fin.

“Spring tides are higher than other times of the year because the moon is closer to the earth... or sump fin.”

That is correct the moon is in perigee once a month, or at its closest point for that month. The new moon is on the same side of the earth as the sun and the earth is subjected to both gravitational forces.

Anyone who says the moon does not effect our personalities and behaviours needs to have a wee think about this.

We are made up of 80% water. Do you see the effect the moons gravity has on the ocean? Now put these two things together.

    Nice.

I'd also add that I worked in the mental health field for eight years and there is no doubt that the moon has an effect.
I also live within spitting distance of three pubs and it is amazing how things change from moon to moon, depending on the astrology of the said full moon...
Personally I love the moon, and howl often at her beautiful face

I believe it...there's a freaky wave of energy that washes over and i think it causes a short-circuit in the brain. Lol.

A bunch of chaotic stuff happens around the full moon.

My great-grandfather used to say that the most arrests occured during the full moon.

    Weird.

the moon pulls the tides of the ocean, and the ocean is water. since we are mostly made up of water it makes sense that the moon would influence our actions. for me personally it really makes a bif difference in the way i act.

Everytime there's a full moon, a white circular spot appears on my baby brother's tongue.

Don't know what that means though.
