I really need help.

ok so i have this friend whos parents r divorced and so she lives with her mom. well her and her mom get in a lot of fights. not like yelling fights but hitting fights. but there r never any marks to prove it. well weve tried having her live with us but it just didnt work out so now shes back with her mom and they got in a fight except this time theres marks on both of them. all her mom has to do is call the police and my friend will get arrested. even if my friend calls the police shell still get arrested cuz of the report that her mom filed on her not very long ago. im just so worried cuz shes talked about killing herself. shes even been in the hospital under suicid watch. please help me. i dont know what to do. i just need someone to talk to.

Hey..Sorry to hear about your friend. Ive been in that situation kind of. My mother used to hit me, and i could never prove it. All i can say really is just to hang in there n be there for your friend. Thats prob all you can do right now. Maby talk to another adult about it too. Tell them that she has been thinking about killing herself. That could help alot if someone older n wiser got involved to help. And i agree with ^^^ up there, except going to the police might not work, Because its hear say and all that, Even if you tell them everything that has happened, There is no proof to say that your tellin the truth, So im not too sure about that one, But the most you can do is just hang in there n be there for her, try to smile =] things will get better, trust me ok

wow thats a really tragic situation. I hope you're friend is ok. As for you, you can't really do anything about the situation, and i suggest you dont interefere (aka police etc)...she needs you by her side, be there for her..and im not sure wat happened when she lived with you but could it be worth another try?
Otherwise, the situation cant go on and she needs a stable home, so talk to someone u trust, an adult who can give you mature and wise advice on what to do.
