I feel so sad and alone sometimes. please help!

sometimes i just feel really sad and lonely like there is no one here to talk to. and i get really mad or upset. what should i do

i feel the same way. i'd either start crying like crazy or screaming at everyone. and i don't know why... i can't help but if you wanna talk to anyone i'm here 'cause i kinda know how you're feeling...
