Advice on Trust?

Hey guys

My ex Boyfriend really broke my heart i was with him 2 years and loved him so much i used to do anything for him! anyway towards the end he lied he cheated and really messed my head up!

me and my ex's work mate ended up sleeping together about a month after i split up with my ex and we both really like eachother but the thing is- Trust!

he's a lovley person and i trust him but im scared of trusting incase the same thing happenes again now i dont know if its because im still hurting or i dont know if i will ever trust for a long time i dont know but i would love to hear other peoples thoughts to sort of help me understand more lol

i know it's hard to trust after someone treated you that badly, but remember not all guys are the same. if you're always afraid that it'll happen again, you'll never meet someone great. you'll never fall in love again. so its worth the risk if its really meant to be...

i didnt really ask myself if he's worth the risk but now that you mention it i feel that he is so i guess i have to jus keep telling myself that and give it my best shot!
