i need some help please

i don't know what to do i mean i really want to tell him how i really feel about him but for some reason i just can't so what should i do should i tell him or just keep my feelings to myself and just wounder what would've happen if i told him how i really felt

the worse thing that could happen is that he don't feel the same way about me and then i'll be so hurt and it won't be the first nor second or third time i've got hurt so thats why i really don't wanna tell him
