    hay guyz
i wasnt quite sure wat forum to post this in so it might be in the wrong place but here goes.
just over a week ago there was a hit and run in a town called mildura in South Australia(i think correct me if i am wrong) 6 teenagers died from the accident.
i was watching the news and there was a story on them and thier funerals. it put a shiver down my spine and really freacked me out.
those people could have been my friends some of my best friends. i never really thought about this until a family member was murdered about a month ago and it has made me put alot more things in the pic. it is true wat some people say u dont belive something could happen until it happens to someone close and it is reality.
but u should really let your friends no how much u love them thank them for the friendship on every chance u have got. i wouldnt be able to live without my pals i seriosly wouldnt be here if it wasnt for a few of them. the story has made me cry n i am now thank god for every moment i have with my friends and live for.

meaning of friendship will never be found until u have lost it

It was in Victoria.. Mildura is on the boarder line of Victoria and NSW.

It is hard to know and think that it might happen to your friends one day too.. and I've been to Mildura before and seen the incident all over the news.

It is sad, and horrific to even see such a heartless person leave his 2 kids in the back seat, run off into a grape vine yard and leave 5 people dead with many injured.

And I myself.. have lost a friend.

i live in NSW and have seen the incident in the news, i agree that people should tell their friends how much they mean to you this is one of many incidents that makes us realise how precious our friends really are. i love my friends to bits and i treat every moment with them as special cause you never know what could happen. i dont know if this makes much sense but what im really trying to say i guess is friends are important and we should remembver this every day, fights just arent worth it. xxALLYxx

    shocking isnt it?

I cried watching the news, actually I bawled.

I lost two girlfriends in a car accident back home that rocked me when I was about 16 yrs old...

Its such a tragedy the entire way it happened, the waste of 6 beautiful young lives, there poor grieving familes and the poor family of the driver, the guilt they must have...just the way its changed everything in Mildura breaks my heart

The whole town especially the families of the amazing children that were lost - my heart goes out to you your all in my prayers xoxox

Yeah Mildura is in Victoria. I cried so much, it was devasting, they were so young and so innocent.
My friend's cousin was actually at the party and was good mates with some of them. It's so horrible. I can't believe the driver just left them and ran off and then left his little kids in the car.! Some serious wackos out there!! R.I.P to 6 beautiful people whose lives were tragically taken.
AFL- Essendon and Richmond are playing a game as a tribute it will be on TV, so i heard.

    take care n stay safe

It was also amazing from those 2 guys that jumped or something out of the way and remained unharmed but witnessed everything. 5 died from impact and 1 died in hospital from bloodloss which is 6.

The school is giving all the students grief counselling if they need it aswell, which I think is a great idea.

i think that it's a great idea that the school is giving councelling. I still can't believe that the driver just ran off and took innocent lives!!..makes me so angry!

Its hard to know how much someone means to you untill you lose them..
i live in Mildura and and knew all 6 teenagers, they were such bo0tiful young teeneagers and none of them deserved this, not that anyone does!
Its been 3 months 2 days ago, and it feels liek a lifetime, everyone is missing them so much and would do anythign to have them all bak here again, it gets harder and harder for everyone as time goes by wishing we could all see them again even just one last tiem to tell them how much we love them and how much were missing them...

the same happened to me when my friend was in an accident.. I blamed myself really.. I felt like sh!t.. but you can't bring back what's gone.. it's happened and it's the way life goes.. you live and you die.. it's how it happens..

I know it's hard but there's not much we can do much about it.. I'm sorry...

    Take it easy..
