    The Fight of The Colours

The absinthe greens and brilliant whites
    Fight bitterly day by day
Till each one turns a different shade
And their hues melt right away

    Beware of yellow’s careful tactics
And the seduction of cranberry red
They use their fists and legs to kick
Though none of them have a head

The careful pastels play it safe
Whilst graffiti is brave and bold
The sepia tints are bitter enemies
Of the thick blue nectar, cold

    The winners trickle into place
In the centre of my pristine page
Their delicate bodies will be brushed
I release them from their pot-like cage

    The colours each have feelings
They secrete shaded tears as well
    Take orange;she’ll weep all night-
    But purple will never tell

The weak ones never get the chance to shine
Just like in our world today
Their opportunity is matted with dust
Though they each have something to say

*As you can see I've chosen art as my preferred subject.*

    Nature's Paintings

Misty air fills the icy cold sky,
High above the sea of clouds.
This first canvas dominates with black,
Is barely visible to the naked eye.
    Starring closely long enough,
A glimpse of gold slowly shows.
Growingly visible, this painting of golden sunrise,
Slowly fades away it's canvas and opens the painter's show.

Prepared with colour palettes and a fresh new canvas,
The painter's brush introduced the riches of hue.
Shades of yellow, orange and red was used,
To contrast against the clear blue sky.
This breathtaking landscape, tall and mighty,
Stretches beyond the canvas, as far as one can see.
This, he calls... "The Grand Canyon".
Painted with the richest of colour,
Is most definitely one of his masterpiece.

Moving along the gallery of paintings,
Another canvas glisten for the dying attention.
This simple piece of a freezing ice storm,
Paints a Winter Wonderland that sparkles and twinkles.
    An ordinary tree transformed,
    Into a glistening crystal tree.
Houses, cars and all visible objects frozen in a shell of ice,
Glittering like diamonds from golden streaks of sunlight.
    Rarely was this seen,
Yet a true gem of a scene.

Another common painting sets the standard,
Definitely a favourite under the painter's brush.
All shades of colours from blue to gold,
Fills the entire canvas from day to night.
Purple and blue dazzle the skies,
While gold and amber reflect elegantly off the lake.
Minutes later as the sun sets down,
    Darkness swallows it's canvas,
And this unique painting slowly dissipates.

These are just a few examples of his work,
With over a billion paintings every day,
This painter's show last only hours each day.
The painter close off with a challenge,
For any artist to compete against his works.
    No one dares to compare,
    The ever-changing landscapes he creates.

The painter also left a note,
Reminding all his viewers to stop and think.
To take the time to appreciate all his work.
Not bound only to what one can see,
But to all his creations... including you and me.

    the sad water...

Dip my finger into the sea
desperate to break the wild night
    cold and smooth
    form a glee
    stay,linger , and die
    immature torrents
    crawling high, sobbing
    brought the voice of..
    reason.....
    from the past
    purple dream
    the speecless eye
    killing lonely
    soundless movement
    a cup of gloom
    hiding peacefully
    the dark sad water...
    it just not enough
    to make me
    cry......

    Alrighty here i go:

    Remembrance of the Winds

A cry let out from a tree blowing in the breeze,
Another from a Willow, fallen to it's knees.
Burned down, ashes blowing all around,
    Cries itself to sleep.

Never waking up, a dead blessing from God,
    "Will nature ever die?"
"Will the flowers stop their springly bloom?"
"Or will the trees fall all around?"

I sit at my window pane, watching the birds flee,
The Willow still fallen, weeping out it's plees.
The sad crys, carried through the wind,
Everything will die, but maybe, something new will begin.

So many animals dead, wasted away,
Trees, and flowers all fallen to their knees,
The tulips cover themselves from the briskfull wind,
Masking in the moon light, left to undefend.

All their tears, all their pain,
    Drifting away,
    In forgotten winds,
Forever lost, to a new day.

The rising of the sun in the still moonlit morn,
The singing of the larks in the beautiful dawn.
The heralding call of a brand new day
Sees natures brilliance, it's pure display

The rippling tide of the everlasting sea
The wheeling birds, who fly so free
    The dreamless fish,who swim evermore
Sees natures perfection, it's shapeless form

The setting of the sun in the evening peace
The final farmer, taking in his final fleece
The sun no longer shines out bright
As carfree day turns to everlasting night.

    Forever Alive

Ever wonder why my soul won’t cry?
It’s away from the world and all your lies
You try to break me and want me to die
But, like the tides of the moon, I’m still alive

My skin color tears at your mind
It begins to unravel over time
You try your best to break my pride
But the light of the Lord keeps me alive

In your head you seek to find
    The answer to my demise
But no matter how you try
I’ll be here, full and alive

What is it that makes you lie?
Makes you go off and lose your mind
If you could, you’d kill me at the drop of a dime
Forever I live, I’ll always be alive

My heritage burns into your mind
Engraved forever in the sands of time
The sight of my color makes your anger cry
I laugh at you for I’ll always be alive

All my years my color will eternally thrive
It’s a symbol of what my ancestors survived
People such as you, no matter how you try
Cannot break me, I’ll always be alive

    "Artists Make Lousy Slaves"*

    I
    prefer
    nature to
    art, because He
    is the master, and
art is but a brush He
enslaves to paint the world in
    rainbow. Nature needs nurture &
so does bundled ego. Art fades in
each passing trend. Nature is repeated.

In cycles & spirals, nature ascends
but it needs art as much as art needs
    it. Nature, the humble hero,
    obsessed over Himself. So
    I give nature homage,
    His faithful servant,
    and decorate
    the earth as
    I know
    Him.

    In A Past...
    By xXLovingYou4EvaXx

    Lies, deciet, a promise broken
Left to be a long lost token
No one caring no one there
    Screaming, Ripping out my hair

    Fallen People all around
But never will they make a sound
At least not to comfort little old me
For I'm just a ragdall, can't you see?

The bruises that are left behind
The voice so many try to find
It's all been lost, lost in the sea
    Of little, dieing, stupid, me
