Washing your hands

You know what is disgusting. And feel free to comment back if you think I am wrong. It is people not washing their hands after they do the pee pee.

Germs and all....

I guess they never stayed a few minutes longer to put soap and water in those filthy hands. I just shook hands with one....

My question is this:
Why is it norm to do that? Haven't they learnt a thing called germs and the hazards of Public toilets?

what sucks is that guys don't even have to sit on the toilet, but as a girl you either have to or you squat over it and hope not to fall of the nasty thing. or they have those paper things to lay on top of it. but it's so gross, some places you go and and theres toilet paper on the floor, or the toilet seat is wet, or there's even hairs on the toilet seat. sometiems your just better off just not going and holding it in. or don't you have it when you wash your hands and then you have to touch the door in order to leave the place, sometimes it can be avoided by using paper towl to touch the door but then you go to places that only have hand dryers, or your wearing a short sleve shirt.... it's so gross.

Yep... I can't stay it when people wash their hands. I hate washing my hands sometimes, it makes me hands all dry. They should put hand cream in the loos you know!! I can't stand a smelly, unhygienic public convenience!

Ismail, I don't think it should be a question but a necessity. It is just pure common sense and personal hygiene to wash your hands every time.

But there are some people who are just lazy or dumb and don't wash up. I've seen some like that and shudder each time.

I always dread using the common toilets in public places as they are always in a disgusting condition.

Though I agree that everyone should wash their hands...the average person is not going to lather up for 30 seconds or better after using the restroom. I watched a special on this very subject a few weeks ago. They said that if you don't have your hands soaped up for at LEAST 30 seconds then you shouldn't bother at all...because less than 30 seconds and you killed NO germs at all. If you're going to do it, do it right. And then people wash their hands - even if they do it right and touch the sink to shut it off then the paper towel holder and then the door to get out.....MORE GERMS!!! I'm a germ freak- you rip a paper towel off first - wash your hands then use your paper towel to shut the water off get more paper towels to dry up with and open the door. Some bathrooms actually have the rules that I've just given you posted up...HAHA of course that's where I learned it from.

yea I was in the girls bathroom and there was this chick who went in and she was in their for a while and I was skipping out on study hall for a while so i was in their just doing HW and so after 15 mins this girl comes out....doesnt wash her hands but takes a paper towel and wipes blood of her fingers and at this point im just thinking 'what the hell" so yea it just amazes me on the fact of how many people dont wash their hands
