confused..

this is an update on my "am i just being silly" topic. I spoke to my boyfriend (Greg) well, we kinda got in an argument but we're calm now and he said he was sorry for not talking to me..well at first he was saying if certain words were funny to me..which i didn't get??!
He seems to become all..sort of immature when things are awkward..or makes jokes or something, as if to lighten the atmosphere..is this a normal guy thing to do?

its not that hes immature all the time though its usually when he panics and everything or tries to lighten the atmosphere. He's not one of those guys who acts like they're 12 when they're 16. I was just wondering if this was a usual guy thing to do to lighten the atmosphere after an argument..almost to pull away from why you were arguing originally.

i can't force him to open up to me..thats like bullying him in to doing something, and i KNOW he will in time. If he continues with it, yeh i'l talk to him, but i'm not finishing with him cos of that. Guys & girls are completely different, i'm not finishing with him cos of one difference, if anything i'l learn from it and try even more to understand him. Trust me, we've been through much more worse stuff than this.

i wasn't having a go at you, but surely there are other solutions than just finishing with someone? that just seems like too easy an answer.

I think i'm gonna talk to him about it, and let him know i'm ere if he wants to chat about anything..thanks for all your help..sorry if i seemed like a b***h, i know you were only trying to help so sorry if it seemed like i was snapping :)
