Question - For the ladies

The entire situation behind 'love'..it seems to me that girls use that word a lot and guys mostly just use it if they mean it or if they just want to get further with a girl. Why do girls use that so much, even when it's obvious that they're only using it to mean something was fun, they liked that, ect. ?

i think thats a wee bit judgemental on some of us girls!!! We're not all like that you know!!! I certainly don't mention that L word until i know FOR SURE i do..and i mean guys do it too..sometimes they say i love you to a girl to get them in to bed!! But like some girlies, some guys are genuine and say that L word when they know they mean it.

I agree with the girl above me. But, you can tell when a girl sais "I love you" and means it. Look in her eyes and you can see it. Some girls just say it just to say it because they want to believe so much that they are in love, but the true ones say it ONLY when they mean it! XO~Duckie~OX

in my experience its the other way round. too many guys have told me they love me but ive only said it to one. these guys all seemed to exagerate how they felt and were just foolish. ive seen girls do it to but younger ones like 12-16 when they assume cuz they like someone its 'love'. its quite silly

Well i only have said it one time and that was when i meant it....so i really dont use that word alot except when im like i love strawberries or when i say i love my family and friends.....and like i said i ve only said it to one guy so i dont think i 'over use' the word love....but that just me

Gays tend to say it more (not saying all guys) but a lot that I met have said it to me because they want something.(Not all guys are that way though don't get me wrong I know a lot of good guys.) We do because it our way of saying we like you as a friend of more.

It's no different with some guys. I mean sometimes they say it to every girl they date. Then some girls do. Not ALL girls are like that.
