why do most guys go for looks over personality?
i feel like the ugglyist thing in the world sometimes cause you all go for the hot ones

or is this just me?

guys dont go for looks over personality. they will not but up with a pretty girl if she has a bad personality. looks are a bonus

Ok back to the second comment by Sarah, I totally agreeD that everyone WAS pretty or beautiful or hott, I mean seriously I fell in love with a dork, I mean the dorkiest dork that ever dorked ok! lol and I thought he was hott, and I WANTED to show him off because i thought he was hott even though he really was a dork.... then i met a guy, and he is seriously MEAN I can't find one thing good about him, I mean we talk alot and he says I'm his friend, but I could NEVER call him hott it's soo weird, it's because his personality sucks... Well actually not all guys do and not all girls do either. There are just those certain guys who judge a girl by how she looks. If a guy doesn't like you for who you are, they aren't worth it. Other guys actually get to know a girl and start to like them for who they are. Some guys are shy about their feelings, so think about that. If you ever catch a guy staring or blushing, there's your answer. Guys are confusing to us and we're confusing to them. Anyways....getting back to the topic, not all guys are like that. Ok one thing you have to understand is that not ALL of us go for looks over personality. Like me I'm 12 years old and I don't. It's just most of us lol. Trust me if you only knew some of the stuff that goes in our minds you'd understand lmao

When i ask my boyfriend why he wanted to get with me to begin with, he tells me the first thing. Mainly because of my personality..and even though he thinks im gorgeous he says my looks and my figure were added bonuses..but i think overall a personality is most important but you gotta be attracted to that person. I'd rather be with a guy whos average looking but has a great personality, mind you, i think my boyfriend is gorgeous and his personality is fab too..best of both worlds for me :)

I personaly look for personality rather than looks. Looks do make a difference, but I don't like a hot girl with a bad personality.. if they're hot and have a great personality then sure.. and if they're average with a great personality then sure.

But most guys look for looks on a girl.
