I believe that environmental corruption played a major role in the record-breaking hurricane season we experienced last year. All storms are heat engines, which convert heat energy into violent turbulence. The atmosphere is made of several gases, which have been altered by the industrial revolution not to mention oil wells burning out of control. The manmade chemicals are disturbing the natural balance. Many scientist are warning of catastrophic events that will occur, if global warming is not prevented. If the ice caps continue to melt at an unnatural rate the coastlines will be altered also |

Mother nature is a woman and women are moody. However, her wrath is getting much worse. I chalk that up to society getting worse. Takes more to shock people these days. |

Global Warming... I just like to blame it on humans, but no, there is something beyond that. I believe the Earth is self-regulating and such phenomena are just a manifestation of excessive energy. We are partly subject to chance as well, so don't blame it only on us or the planet. |

Weather goes in cycals, it was much worse a few thousand years back. I was watch weather channel, so sue me! Anyway, yeah, things like tonadoes are bond to happen, Mother Earth gets mad all the time for nearly no reason... I still think we should stop the ice caps from melting though. |

Do you all think Mother Nature just causes her rage upon the earth because she feels like it? or do you think Society's corruptive ways (environmental corruption) has alot to do with violent storms? Any thoughts???? |
