ex always in my head what can i do ?

well i need help all i think about is my first love and the bad thing about is that im in a new relationship and i love my baby but everytime i write something a poem or something i feel really bad because all im doing is thinking about my ex love i cry at nights thinking about him i just dont know what to do can somebody help me i need advice please
