    I enjoy flogging ismail with a cricket bat over his bare ass - I flog it until my arms hurt so much I have to put the bat down for a rest before I turn my attention and delight to his head.

    I've realized lately that running makes me happy.

    It's kind of hard to think about your problems when you've got the wind pushing holes in your face...and you're trying to steer yourself away from any brick walls and other obstacles.

    But if obstacles are what you desire in order to challenge yourself, for your own safety and my own, please stick to soft, grassy areas, so that if you fall down, i don't get sued for giving you the idea in the first place...

    Bring a bottle of water, too, since i'm feeling so considerate today. :P

    Nora baby you are so right! I love running lol, but there is something wrong with my back right now so I am not allowed to by doctors. *sigh*
