Not complete plagiarism?

Hey, I just realised this.. a girl with the username; rachel
has used lyrics from a song, and has said she wrote it.. as a quote. I'm not quite sure if it's complete plagiarism though... just thought i'd bring it up.

The idea is the same, but she changed the wording enough so that she can't be liable.

Copyright does not protect ideas, only expression of ideas.

She changed the expression. The law is on her side.
