i need some advice from you guys

iv recently lost my best friend. it all started when she met her boyfriend and i met mine about 2 years ago. obviously we stopped seeing as much as each other and she seemed to get so jealous that i was spending a few nights with my boyfriend.
anyway me and my boyfriend started having arguments and nearly split but i decided to stay with him because i love him. she went mad sayin i should end it. and here i am now...she stopped caring or giving me advice. anyway we had the biggist argument ever and i was sure it was over between me and him. but then we got back together and she said she didnt want to know me anymore. we had a big row and she started saying mean things to me sayin i was out kissin another lad the other day and stuff infront of my boyfriend (which of corse caused arguments between him and me)
i cant 4give her 4 makin this stuff up and besides shes deleted my number and we havnt spoken 4 a week. i feel so lonely. i have no other friends and im so down. i have no1 to talk to and its really getting to me. i dont know how to make new friends because iv always had her since i can remember. any advice on what to do?
