ok now im confused.....

has anyone read my last topic post called "I can't do this alone?" well if you have then you might be able to help me with this. Ok I got some info from the gu I like and he says (he said this to my friend over IM) that he is affraid to get close to me for some really confusing reason. I am so confused. He wants to help me and all, he considers me a friend, but he is affraid of being close to me because I'm a girl and he doesn't like getting close to girls when hes dating because he almost cheats. So if he doesn't like me...then how come he does all the flirts??? like the blushing and the hugs and the thing where he stroked my face???? im SO confused!!!!! can sombody please help me???

You basically answered it yourself. If he shows all the signs, then he probably does like you. He probably doesn't want to hurt you because he cares about you so much. By what you say it seems like he wants to be with you but thinks he's going to end up hurting you. Your suspicions of him liking you are probably right. If you like him as much as he likes you, you need to talk to him. Tell him the way you feel and maybe he'll do the same back. I hope that i helped. Good luck.
