Not just poetry?

Just wanted to hear if anyone else writes more than poems. I love to write novels mostly about romance. I "use" poems for inspiration to describing writing.

i write poetry and books. im working on a book right now i hope to get published. but then again my biggest worry at the moment is getting it finished.lol.

I write stories, poems, songs, speeches and teases etc.. I love writing murder mysteries!!

I'm writing love novels most... What I'm best at... Sound interesting though with the murder mysteries!
I am also working on a mystery... A Da vinci code-like thing... :)

I write poetry, song lyrics, short stories and social commentaries. I've also written 3 full length novels, but I did it to quell some personal demons and have no intention of publishing them.

I love writting poetry but I also write songs and books and short stories you name it most likely Ive written something like it any where from bboks too songs in all types of categorys well bye

i write everything, some of it isnt that great but hey lol, least im writing it lol

My dream is to become a successfull published novilist. Just need to work on finishing these storys. *starts working on one * Stupid plot, work!! Work darn it!!! ... I'll get back to it later.

novels are soooo sweet but I never get the chance to write a good one :(

I used to write stories but Im not that good at it cause I tend to make them to complicated.. so for now I just stick to poetry... who knows I might pick up story writitng again later but for now im good

poetry isn't just words these words are like emotion. Every word means a feeling that would never come out. like love might mean fate or life or it might just mean love but yeah I really like poetry because it lets me express myself and I think a lot peeps do that too and I hope that they will not feel left in the dark about this. I know cause poetry helped me get throught the tough times I had in life and I am still having you know it kept me from suicide and from doing drugs. kk well later this is all me not lying peace out

My only interest is poetry...though I admire those who can write novels and songs.

I've written short stories, but nothing outstanding. I sometimes write weird little quotes, but I'm a poems person.

i used to be in a band, so ya, i write song lyrics,and just about whatever comes to mind

I write storys, very few short storys. I only write short storys when I'm tired or the plot I have in mind is too small. I love writtiing long stories, I just need to work on finishing them. I hope to when day advance enough in the skill of writting that I can write some thing good enough to get published, and read by more then just a few friends. :D

i write songs, and I have tried to write a book i get 1/2 through it and give up and lose intrest. good luck all you book writers. i wish you luck
