    Uh..Huh.

Tell me the relevance of this.

But this would be a great article if was inspirational rather than go in detail on explaining and excusing an anorexic to do that to their body.

So you're trying to preach anorexia? Yeah smart move.

What really was the point in this article?

You can have a problem and realise that you have it. Which is sad.

But even sadder is when you have a problem and you don't realize it, or deny it... Which is sadder.

I think you could use some help. Whenever you can look into the mirror and say to yourself: "what the hell am I doing? I have a problem"

Until then I just hope you won't die... Cause hell yes you will if you don't stop it.

I have read somthing like this before. Coming from someone who has fought the disease off and on for 8 years I think you should all read it again. It doesnt support ana it 's trying to tell you how horrible and controlling it realy is. It has more power over the person dealing with this then I pray any of you will ever know.

I have dealt with this and please do [me] a favour and don't generalise those with anorexia.

I'm not sure if you have anorexia because you don't seem to have the view of somebody who has actually experienced it, it sounds like how most people think anorexia is, without living it.

    Okay, if you say so...
Perhaps you are trying to encourage people to not go anywhere near anorexia, you are trying to warn them, or you are just (perhaps not on purpose) showing so the desperate boys and girls what anorexia is about, what to do if you want (because there are people who actually do.)
But anyway, I say that this particular disorder sounds horrible, not cool at all. So for me it was a warning that those funny, sick thoughts that cross my sometimes troubled head aren't worth it.
That was the desired effect, wasn't it?

I'm saying this to the person who wrote this post, it just seems that she doesn't understand.

But I'm glad that it appears she isnt encouraging it, although not becoming anorexic isnt exactly a decision you make. Those with anorexia dont reach a point and decide whether they want to live with this, it gets to that slowly.

i am SO sick of hearing you have to be paper thin to be beautiful.

You will never have to be paper thin to be beautiful. Being yourself is the best beautiful you can be. And if you have to, throw that scale out the window! The scale is not your god. The scale is your enemy. It is your general trying to turn you into mud. Ignore the mean general. The food is your ally. It keeps you alive so you can fight. Do not turn against the food or all corruption starts.
