hmm well be careful it is funny- humour not mocking humour.
If you want to give it to her it should be from your heart rather than someone elses words.
Think about what you are going to write/chose a format/rhyming or non rhyming
if it comes from you she will appreciate the thought you have put in regardless of whether it is great or not.
