my BF broke up w/ me 4 my "best friend" and he told me he wanted a break

For a start - if she's your best friend, she should have known better than to date your boyfriend as soon as he dumped you. Second, your boyfriend should have told you the truth . . . he didn't so he obviously doesn't love you - get over him, he was a waste of time. And finally - move on - if your best friend dumps him because she feels bad, forgive her, if he breaks up with your best friend and comes crawling back, don't forgive him.

I seriously wonder about 'poets' on this site, if they're all really heartbroken, set back, depressed, 'cos a pretty girl wont go out with 'em ......it really makes me chuckle.
