A major waste of time

Ken I like that Idea, and to elaberate on it:

there should be a quiz when you register, if you don't pass, you have to study the rules and take it over, untill you pass.

Along the same lines as "there should be a way that they could pop up before you even make it to the registry page"

Since there IS a check box that you must check when you register that denotes "I agree to your terms and guidelines." I suggested to Janis that there be a check box on the "submit poem form" that says something like, "I confirm that this poem is my own work"

That way everyone would be reminded every time they submit a poem.
