How to Improve?

I seem to be a stand-still, not only cause I can not seem to get anything down but the occasional quotes, but I want to improve my writing to a much better standard than it is at current.

What writing tips make for great poetry? What is the best methods for improving writing in structure, flow (rhyme or not), choice of words etc? Any help appreciated!

Writing and reading is important...to improve your English so that you can also improve your poems.

Writing tip number one: It has to come natural, if not it will seem forced.

Writing tip number two: Read poems and you will learn.

Writing tip number three: I think the end is the most improtant thing on a poem, make it good!
