Help me outta a rut!?!

ok now usually im pretty good at writting...i meani dnt post much but i have a bunch of notebooks fullof stuff and i was looking through them the other day and realized i write about the same things and my poems r strting to sound the same to me......can ne1 help me strt thinkin of new topics b/c im kinda gettin stuck i dnt no wht to write bout nemor?? plz help.....writing is the only way i cn express myself (besides dance) and now that i hurt my knee i cnt dance so i need to write...plz help
