I was just thinking about the way that technology has made it easier for a text to be made public. These thoughts that I am writing now are available to millions, yet will be diluted by billions of other thoughts available at our fingertips. Of course our willingness to share our thoughts does not mean that all are interested. Some of us may lack intensive academic preparation. Some of us may feel a calling that may not have to do with employment. Many are called, but few are chosen

He's not indulging himself by labeling himself as a "professional", but he's stating that he writes, so that makes him a "writer".

it means he is not a writer just bcoz he writes some words on a paper but he is a writer by heart who brings down his feelings on a paper thru words.

some people say that they are a good writer bcoz they can write well but this is not the case, there are few who can write wat they feel and experience. one can copy and write but a true writer writes on his own........by heart and by mind!
