i dont know what to do

i dont know what to do.. its 2:53am here and i cant sleep cause i cant stop crying.. i dont even know why i started crying.. and i cant stop. Im trying so hard not to do anything stupid but its so hard. Everyday is the same, i cry, and i just cant do this anymore. I dont even know why im posting this on here.

hey, hey, I cry all the time, and i dont know why and i feel like doing something i'd later regret, but you have to be strong, write a poem, read a book, listening to some upbeat music, play a game, read some of the funny things on here, they'll make you smile if not laugh, take your mind of of crying.

Thanx Tara, I put some more happier music on, Try and make me feel a bit better, But it didnt really work. && I tried writing a poem, But for some reason, I couldnt, I usually write how im feeling, But i dont know how im feeling right now.
But thank you for the advice, That by itself just cheered me up a little bit. So thanx!

Tara Kay, it actually makes a lot of sense.

They're both teens, so they share most of the same experiences, hence the words "Typical Teen".
