This is a challenge to write an Aphrodite related poem, either a poem about Aphrodite or a poem comparing you or someone else to Aphrodite. It can be in any style, form, or format you wish, (best if it's done in a romantic style though being that she is the Goddess of Love & Romance). I am given those interested in new and interesting topics to write on a new old topic on which to do so. The myth, legend, lure of Aphrodite is very interesting. I have written on her (use her as the base of my writing) on previous occasions and have written phenomenal poetry. What I want to see, using Aphrodite as the base, are poets putting their own spin, signature to their poetic creations to create something splendidlydivine. I shall supply you with the information you need. Remember, you can spin the poem anyway you like, as long as it has Aphrodite as its base.

Aphrodite is the well-known goddess of love, beauty, sex appeal, and seductive power. She is the pure erotic impulse, pure libido, pure imagination, fertility, fruitfulness. Beauty is her quintessence; her nakedness is glorified. She is adored and adorned as feminine consciousness integrated in the body as instinctive wisdom with the interconnecting capacity for deep-felt emotion. Her presence is both electric and magnetic. She is always friendly and intimate. She inherently possesses the qualities of grace, charm, desire, plus a bright and lucid consciousness. She is a goddess of passion as well as affection, sensitivity, devotion and inspiration. She can manifest as artistic and aesthetic inspiration, the desire to give birth to something remarkable. She has a magical allure that compels anyone she wishes to desire her. She is flirtatious, coquettish, and a master at the art of courting. She can charm anyone, everyone, even the gods. Her charms are so powerful that she can turn even wise men to talking foolishly.

Aphrodite is an enchanting sexual fantasy. Her allurement is nearly universal. She appeals to man generally through reflecting his personal anima, or unique idea of his "perfect woman." She unconsciously knows just what to do to appeal to him. This attraction includes seduction, flattery, and inspiration. Her primal magic is enchantment. As the Goddess of love and beauty she could woo, win, and attract, any heart she sought. She is desire personified in an alluring image. She is the personification of perfection and the encumbrance of enchantment and irresistibility. She possesses great beauty, wit, and wile. Everything about her rains of wonder and resounds with rapture. She is the quintessence of woman, in beauty, grace, charm, and feminine lure. Her wile’s of a most witching allure. She encumbrances all that defines feminine perfection!!!

The Mighty Aphrodite Love Goddess of great Greek myths, Enchantress, of ancient times, the Embodiment of Femininity and Womanhood and the Quintessential Woman!!!
