need help,i have a big problem

okay here's the thing there's a new kid in my class that keeps on flirting with me and he knows i have a boyfriend. and yesterday he slapped my butt and my boyfriend was right there with me and my boyfriend didn't want to do anything to him cuz if he did he would get kicked out. and now my boyfriend is saying i'm letting myself letting touch me and it's not true. i need help telling the new kid to calm down cuz my boyfriend is getting really mad at me and i don't know how.but the thing is i'm nice and i don't like screaming at people. and plus he's from some gang and if i do anything to him he could one of his homegirls to do sumthing to me.
so please help me with my problem .

wow. well i had the exact same thing happen with my last boyfriend and he started getting real protective and everything and i eventually broke up with him because i couldn't take it. The mistake i made though was not handeling the situation "well enough" meaning his way. next time that something like that happens, tell the kid that that was inappropriate because you have a boyfriend and he needs to respect that. Make sure that the problem gets solved though or your relationship will possibly suffer.

Shout at the kid, tell him to back off. The bf can only do so much. If it persists, take it to the proper authorities.

Sexual harassment.
Tell him to stop in a firm voice, state that it is sexual harrassment, and that you will go to authorities if necessary. If he threatens you, than you have even more power against him.

If you do nothing, well, than there is nothing to stop him.

Here's the thing. If you get the authorities involved, you tell them about this "gang" and what you're afraid of them doing and they should be able to do something. You could get a restraining order, which would keep him away. If you go to the authorities, you could even get him put on probation. I have dealt with a similar situation and when i went to the authorities..it stopped. The guy that i knew was threatening to have all his friends rape me and he had a record in the past, but now he's back on prbation because i went to the authorities. Just try it.

well now it's getting worse, he keeps on tryin to touch me and i'm getting scared of being near him. and i'm afraid he might want to do sumthin more to me. and i still don't want to snitch on him, cuz of his homegirlz. i told him to stop like so many times and i even slapped him what else can i do?
