Ok, ur cousin is asking u to pay through a credit card, $5 a month, to be billed, until u discontinue it. (that is, u ask him to, otherwise his acc will be banned=(), ok anyway, hes asking you to help him pay for it so he can become a member, i know, i am one.=) in my opinion, its a good idea, but if hes coming to u, that means hes not gitting permission from his parents...which means, if u allow it, his parents yell at u, and u git in trouble, and in all likelyhood, he gets banned anyway. so, yah, ask his parents, and just wondering, what "combat level" is he?

Also, the game isnt very violent, its kinda "fighting" oriented, but if he becomes mem, he gets access to minigames, games inside the game. (btw, its an online game that u play in ur web-browser) hope this helps =)

Yes, as the above person said, make sure his parents (and yours, if you're under 18) are up for it. Second, maybe you'll want to specify exactly how many months you'll pay for. Otherwise, he could just keep billing you as long as he wants. 5 dollars isn't a lot, but it can add up. So set a limit, unless you want to have spend 120 dollars two years down the road ; )
