Need help finding poem......

I am 99.7% positive it was this site I read it on. It would have been between the dates of March 28th and April 8th with later dates being more likely.

I think it was a comparison of the loved ones eyes and such to other things and the last line said something along the lines of "Why I love you" or "I love you"

I am sure this little bit of information doesn't help much but I was kind of hoping that maybe the person that wrote the poem would catch this post and be like hey that kind of sounds like mine.

A search engine with an option to choose dates would be great in helping me find it.
