A good friend would tell her

telling her about it would be the right thing to do. and if u recorded him saying "all he wants from her is sex" show her that and maybe she'll realize that hes not the right guy for her, and that she could do much better.

Obviously you have to tell her, no matter how hard it may seem. Yeah, she might be angry at you fro a while, but its not exactly your fault, and she'll get over it. If she's a true friend, then she'll come around. But you won't be a true friend if you keep this to yourself.
