    ~Not Another Word Said~

Each hand tied to a post,
she has no clue where she is.
A guy in the room starts to boast,
    because he knows she's his.

She realizes her legs are also strapped,
to the bottom of the bed.
She starts to scream and she gets slapped.
    "Not another word said."

He slowly removes all her clothes,
as if he's done this before.
He starts to brag, without self louthe,
saying, "it's just another stupid who**."

He sits on the bed next to her,
and tells her what he's going to do.
Another guy in the room says, "are you sure,
think of all that you will put her through."

He says, "shut the fu** up you pansy,
you said that you were in."
Then the other guy says, "no I'm out,
this is more than just a sin."

He says, "fine, fu** you, then leave,
I'm still going to do what I set out to."
The other guy says, "fine, you will be sorry,
look at what you're about to do."

He leaves and the other guy continues,
    saying, "it is finally time,
    when I become your mate,
    and your virginity becomes mine."

Without time to scream or fight,
    the deed is already done.
She had no way out, no way to leave.
No place that she could run.

    Invaded Innocence

The intimidating entity smoothes across my thigh
I try to hold my breath, thinking I’m going to die.
It proceeds further into my discomfort
My eyes grow weak and began to distort
He threatens to do the very thing I wish not
To take every ounce of me without fault

Innocence is being lost at this very time
I wonder how I’ll leave this memory behind
He goes on without a thought in his mind
Invading my privacy I swore to keep
I missed my freedom by just a leap

After he was done with his many acts
He pushed the cold weapon into my back
    Whispering, “Don’t say a word, B*tch,
Or you’ll wish you’d never snitched.”
I nodded slowly keeping the vomit down
Now, he pushed me to the cement ground.

“Sweet thing, you are, so young and naïve,
Its funny how God let this happen, do you still believe?”
I shook my head, but still with doubt.
I had no idea what any of this was about
I was so young, why can’t I get out?

He touched all over me again and again
The pain never coming to an end
He ceased, wiped his mouth, and raised
And upon the ground I laid
    Invaded Innocence

    shadow dance

    Deep under the earth
    Through a burrowed door
    Shadow feet spin weightlessly
    Across leaf scattered floors

    Ceiling boards of gnarled roots
    Fungi of unhealthy sheens
    Fairy-like lights twinkle
    Pastel pinks and greens

    Silhouettes of blue and black
    Painted on the wall
    Graceful shadow dancers
    Together for their ball

    Swirls of fine shadow gowns
    As partners move in time
    To their own silent music
To their soundless beat and rhyme

Hair fans out as they leap
    But never do they collide
    Passing through each other
To return to their partner’s side

    Silhouetted formless faces
    Devoid of identity
    Shadows of the departed
    Dance for all eternity

    No Longer Can She Cry
    ---------------------------------

His clammy fingers touch her pure complexion
His putrid breath, stains her perfection
His uncaring eyes see her rejection
    No longer can she cry

His repulsive voice as he whispers in her ear
His vivid tale fills her thoughts with fear
His heavy grip pulls her shaking body near
    No longer can she cry

His torturous acts have lasted far too long
His evil gestures no longer seem so wrong
His scarring image will never be gone
    No longer can she cry

His sinful smile, clouding her vision
His hateful stare, his mindless derision
His laughter as he makes a lifelong incision
    No longer can she cry

    ****************************************************************

    Peace. [Sole]
