I cant belive my mom is doing this to me (2)

Okay i hope this is better.

well my mom moved away w/o telling me where she moved to while i was at a friends house. i called my step mom and she come and got me from OK and took me back to GA. where i started living with my dad. Sincew i was w/ him he cut off her child support. and that made her mad. i moved in with my step mom who loves me as much as she loves her own b/c me and daddy dont get along real well. I've since pulled outta depression and am doing MUCH better. but then my mom starts spreading rumors that she kicked me out b/c i was pregnate with my married neighbors baby. I've since talked to my doc and i'm back on anti depressent pills and trying really had not to start cutting again. But last night (MY REAL MOM) had my mom (MY STEP MOM) arrested for kidnapping. and the lawyer says theres almost no chance of going ne where but back to my REAL mom's.

i don't want to go back there, i was doing hoorible.

mainly i just need a good listening ear but if ne one hads advice for me i'd be eturnaly gratful.

thats what i though but the lawyer said that even though they have joint custody Dyana (real mom) has more guardianship.

Just tell the lawyer your side of the story and maybe...just maybe...things will work out diffrently

Wow, that really sucks. But sinse your 16, in that state aren't you aloud to say where you want to live. My step sister lives here with me, (her dad, my mom, and her other sister) and we discussed if her dad ever died, what would happen to them, and she said she would want to stay here with us, and she is also 16. I can not believe your mom would do that to you. I hope everything works out with you and your step mom. She really seems like a true mother, someone who really truely cares. In my own opinion, maybe you should sit and talk with your real mom, tell her how you feel. But, overall, I think you should just say your mom isn't suitable to live with, like she takes off, someone in charge is sure to understand that. Good luck.

All i can say is im sorry - your situation must be excrutiating...gives you motivation to be strong and determine what sort of person you DONT want to grow up and be - im just shocked...

Im so sorry. This kinda thing happened to me. But here in Australia, If you are over the age of 15 I think it is, They can't make you live with anyone. You can choose.

I had to run away from my mum's, and my dad drove from one side of Aussie, To the other side just to get me. And she tried to put him up for kidnapping, and tried to get the cops involved. Telling them that I should be there with her. But in the end, I got to stay where I wanted to.

thanks all.... i talked to the lawyer again yesterday but he still insistd that i must live with my dad. and since my dad just got laid off and my real mom is the only one with a job....i might HAVE to go live with her. i can't belive her this kinda stuff has happened before but she somehow always gets wind of it before hand and cleans up her acts so they dont believe me...

you could get a restraint from your mom.

also, ur a witness. u can tell them the truth.

the truth will help you out just makie sure you tell the truth in everything and im sure if you try hard enough things will wokr out for you
