Love in my opinion, is a feeling that cannot be explained.

it has to be something u feel...dont just jump...get into it...if u think u are in love then its NOT..its something that u feel not think...when u feel like this person would never hurt u and it doesnt matter how far, how old or young, or what they look like...as long as they are beautiful for u and u feel a connection..then thats love!!

To me, it is the feeling of fondness and care for the other person, you feel happy when you make the person happy, you feel sad when the person is not with you... you think of her more than you think about chicken (sorry, my randomness jumped in), you like everything the other person do, every part of that person seems to be perfect... love also look past and accepts inperfection, love comes from within, it can not be force (sadly)... it is often given to the person that does not give theirs back...

There are different types of love that fit into different situations. So I presume we are talking about love as it pertains to romance.

I would define love as a feeling of intense affection, given freely and without restriction.
