Lookin for a sad poem to work for my situation, plz help

I am loooking for a poem to fit the situation i am in .. i went to camp n fell deeply in love wit a boy n than the last day we had to leave n it was like putting a hole in my heart..can someone think of a poem for me about this..if possible dont make it real long
