can i get some help?

i really would like to know what you all think about my new poem, Our Youth... its one of my favs right now... so id like to know what everyone thinks... id apreciate it... thanx ever so much!...

oh and one more thing.... is it bad if your hands shake almost all of the time? or is it just a natural thing? j/w
