i need a good poem about the death of someone close

i am looking for a poem about someone close to you dying.... in 2 days it will be exactly 2 months since one of my very best friends was struck and killed by a truck....i'm still havin a hard time gettin over it. can someone please help me?

are both about a friend of mine who died in a car accident last summer..never gettin over that

You should write one yourself it would mean more. You could read mine about someone close to me dying but that probably won't help much. But writing it helped me grieve the loss.

I don't flatter myself that my poetry is particularly good, and even though I wrote these poems while the pain of death wasn't quite so fresh in my heart, I always feel this pain, and perhaps I have caught some of it in words.

i have one called P.F.K.N
its about one of my mates close relatives dying..

'As I walk about after, someone crying should I see?
I would offer them my heart, as there's a piece of you inside me'
