    KEEP IT UP , you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lossing weight is not an easy thing, and being depressed will not help :/ I would say exercise at least 20 minutes a day... like what cody said :) and exercise everyday :) as for diet... Im not an expert, I once lost weight in a really short time by eating only veges and combined with exercise, it worked well for me, but Im not sure if it is good for your body... sorry, that's all the help I can give you... but keep it up and believe in yourself :)

    why? why do it for him??
    if he doesnt accept him for who YOU are, then his not worth it, dont change because ur doing it for him, do it for urself!

    Hmm.. I agree with a lot of the other people who are giving you advice. And they're right, losing weight is a slow process. Try to excersice every day and eat right (don't cut our carbs either..) and drink a lot of water.

    As for wanting to look good for the guy.. Hunny if someone does like you for who you are then they're not worth it. But I do know it's hard, because a lot of people just look at what is on the outside, but be confident in who you are! Because confidence shows.. and who knows.. he may be attracted to your confidence.. see you never know.

    hey i know where u r coming from i felt like this b4 2 but i dont think that u should do this becus it shouldnt matter what he thinks about u. well i mean like ur weight and stuff like that. if thats all that he cares about there is no sense in doing it. except 4 maybe if u wanna look like that. if he really loves u he will accept u 4 who u r. dont worry about how u look or how much u weigh. no one is perfect if everyone was the world would suck. if u ever need a friend feel free 2 e mail me @ princess13060@yahoo.com msn messenger is the same. luv heather

    whatever you do do not lose weight in a short period of time because it can lead to strecg marks and you will put it on 10 times as fast i know from experience do it gradually. Have you ever heard of weight watchers it is very good?

    dont lose weight to become more attractive!! if u do it for taht reason,you will always see urself as "not thin enough" or something.. do it b/c u wanna be healthy!! then u will look good AND feel good about ur body!

    Heyya gurl!! yeah well i definately say he shud accept u 4 the way u r bt ino how hard dat can b specially wit all these peepz talking bout you and shit. Well i think you should find some motivation first of all, maybe join the gym but i would definately reccomwnt windor pilates! it lookz really fun yet effective in the same time. But ino plenty of people who are big and they have no problenm which leads me to wonder maybe there is something else bothering you? hmm maybe just a suggestion. But if u really want to lose weight remind yourself of what you could achive! hav fun whilst ur doin it ansd gud luk i hope everything goes well 4 u!!

    i was anerexic for 2 years so please watch your diet! and i know how everyone on this site is saying dont change for a guy but i know what its like to work your butt off for a guy! i just exercised for an hour to work of some uneeded body fat i wouldnt have cared about if it wasnt for him.....lol

    if u are truly overweight dont lose it off for him lose it off for urself! but if it takes a guy to make u work harder then do it but mostly do it for urself because thats what counts not some guy that can dump u anytime. keep working hard and always remember what counts is whats inside
