Ok, I'll try to be as nice as possible, but you say you love him, but if he's hanging out with your friend. Which means he doesn't love you back. Love happens between two people, which means they both have to 'love' eachother. So basically you are not in love with him, so move on. Why would you waste time on a guy who would rather hang out with someone else? Find a guy who will devote his time to you. Be open to options. Don't be picky, otherwise you won't find someone.
