The size of the picture is so small anyway, we really should not fuss over it, it's not worth the time. Just my opinion.

I've done all that. I've even gotten someone else to do it for me just incase I was doing something wrong.

The picture is 130 by 150
I have two copys of it, One JPG and the other GIF
The size is 16.0Kb

And it still won't work. It comes up with this message;
